Step 1: Reboot Your System
You need to reboot your system first and then continue this process because without rebooting your system this tutorial won’t work.
Step 2: Open Command Prompt during installation
For opening the Command Prompt during installation screen you need to click SHIFT along with the F10 this will immediately open the Command Prompt screen. Now continue to the next step.
Step 3: Open the DiskPart Panel
This diskpart panel will help us to create, edit or delete the existing partitions of the current disks. For opening it, just write diskpart in the Command Prompt window and hit enter. This will open the DiskPart Panel.
Step 4: List out the Disks and Select one
You need to list out all the disks connected to your computer and then select the disk in which you want to install the Windows operating system. For listing out disks type list disk and hit the enter key. Next for select the disk where you want to install the OS, like in our case we need to install it in Hard Drive so we need to type select disk 0 and hit enter.
Step 5: Clean the Disk
Now after selecting the disk, you need to clean it, so it can delete all the existing partitions and data on it. For that, type clean and hit enter, wait for some time until getting a confirmation.
Now, you need to restart the computer and then start the installation process. If this doesn’t work, this means your hard disk is either corrupted or damaged. You can buy a good hard drive for your PC from here.
